The best deal on premium steel you’ll find. At HockeyStickMan, we work directly with over 150+ pro teams, sourcing both new and used premium steel straight from professional locker rooms for significantly less than retail pricing.
Some steel may feature a team logo, player name, or number, adding authentic pro-stock character. While most used steel arrives in excellent condition with plenty of life remaining, every set is carefully measured to ensure a minimum of 12mm of blade height before being listed.
If it’s good enough for the pros, it’s good enough for us.

How to Find the Right Size
The correct steel size is determined by the number printed directly on your skate holder. On both skates, you’ll find a three-digit number located on the outside of the holder near the bottom.
This number corresponds exactly to the steel size option listed and will guarantee a proper fit for your holder.
Important Fit Notes
Bauer and CCM steel fit differently, so it’s essential to choose steel that matches your holder brand, not necessarily the skate boot.
Many pro stock skates feature holders from a different manufacturer than the boot itself. For example, it’s common to see CCM skates equipped with Bauer Lightspeed Edge holders.
If this applies to you, always order steel based on the holder brand.
